You will work alongside project managers and configuration engineers. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing/directing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should be self-motivated to develop solutions, have a natural analytical way of thinking, and be able to translate complex business process requirements into solution specifications that are actionable by our configuration engineers.

Essential Functions:
- Evaluating current state business processes, anticipating the full depth and breadth of requirements, uncovering job aids and other “off-the-record” tools and procedures, and specifying customer needs and desires for software solutions.
- Fleshing out the details of a future state business solution requires a good understanding of how technological solutions are implemented and data integration needs.
- Brainstorming with clients on the requirements a future state solution needs to have and participate in requirements gathering to ensure the documentation thereof has as much depth and context as possible.
- Developing the trust and confidence of clients and internal technical stakeholders, and responding promptly to questions, concerns, and requests for revisions from each regarding solution documentation.
- Developing comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) test cases at the application and multi-application levels
- Documenting the outcomes of requirements analysis in our required project templates, including process flow diagrams, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), etc.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Work in cooperation with their project managers, customer experience analysts, and technical teams
- Performing user acceptance testing and quality assurance checks.
- Serving as a liaison between internal technical stakeholders and client-side business users.
- Driving component requirements gathering and documentation tasks to successful completion within prescribed deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or significant post-secondary education or a related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar position.
- History of performing requirements analysis on successful software implementation projects.
- High level of business acumen.
- Experience in Mortgage and Default Mortgage industries with an understanding of the mortgage lifecycle.
- Advanced Competency in Microsoft applications including Visio, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to read and write basic SQL queries.
Physical Requirements:
- The job requires prolonged periods of sitting (up to 7 hours) at a workstation operating a PC and phone.
- The job requires working in an office environment with other team members.
- Must be willing and able to travel, as needed.
